I am very pleased with this grass! My garden (black country) is literally on a bed of clay. Getting anything to grow is difficult. The 1st picture is 26/03/25. The 2nd picture is 2 weeks later; and the 3rd picture is today (St. George’s Day!). There’s a couple of spots it didn’t take; but I’ve left them for the Dog to toilet on. Great grass, totally recommend it!

After checking different products on amazon i finally cane across this one and am so glad that i bought this one. Really impressive - only in 14 days my garden was full of grass. Highly recommended if you are looking for one.

Garbage claims of results in just one week.3 weeks after sowing and I still have grass seed laying on freshly laid top soil.Watered every day and unusually higher than normal springtime temperatures and sunshine so no excuses...just plain rubbish grass seed, don't waste your time and go and buy proper seed rather than this gimmick

Amazing. This seed started growing in about a week. Okay the British weather helped - July - warm and very wet. But still I am impressed. An important note is that the advertised coverage is for adding to an existing lawn. If, like me, you are making a completely new lawn then you need to double your order quantity

The listing does not state the grass seed type anywhere. However, it printed very faintly on the bottom of the box. I should have messaged the company before purchasing to find out the grass seed type. Instead, I pulled the trigger solely based on customer photos and reviews. I blame myself because at the time of purchase, I lacked a lot of knowledge on grass seed. There I was thinking - hey, grass is grass! I couldn't have been more wrong.Unfortunately, only after sowing the seeds (which are doing great so far in terms of growth), I contacted the seller to find out what the seed type was and to my surprise I was told it was 75% annual ryegrass and 25% perennial ryegrass. Oh boy! After hours of research, I found that annual ryegrass dies out after one season and is usually used in budget, inferior seed blends because it is cheaper than quality perennial ryegrass seed. I learnt that only perennial ryegrass comes back reliably year after year as part of a permanent lawn.I took this issue up with the seller and I was told that regardless of the seed content, it will be fine. The seller said "I sell thousands and this is not a problem next year or I would have thousands of people saying this and there are none on my feedback that mention it not growing the second year"Regardless of the reviews, I find it very hard to believe that annual rye grass will continue to grow year after year. A quick Google search tells you that only perennial ryegrass comes back reliably year after year. With only a 25% perennial mix, I just cannot believe my lawn will last very long. I remain skeptical. Only time will tell. I will try and update this review in a few years, if I remember.

Three weeks and I have a lawn! It was slow to start with but I kept watering and once it germinated it kept growing. Very happy
