I have weeds cmg up bw my concrete slabs on driveway, do I just put this into the concrete joint gaps and then apply sikaflex on top? beginner here

I use this stuff between walls or bricks before the the pour. Then rip the perforated top off and fill with Urathane like sika. It allows movement of the slab and keeps things from breaking. If you have an existing joint, just buy the round foam and stuff it in leaving a space at the top. Be advised any self leveling compound will find even the smallest holes and all drain out. So if you don’t have a good deal use a little latex caulk then apply sika

is this product good to use between concrete pool and paver decking

Yes, I used the Reflectix between a concrete wall and a paver driveway and it is working pretty well, I recommend to use a sealant(silicon)for outdoors at the top to prevent the dust cumulate in joints, the sealant should cover the joint with the pool, the top of the Reflectix and the joint with the paver decking. Hopefully it helps.

Could this be used for a concrete form?

Not recommended, since it has limited strength and bends easily. I have used this around the edge of a sidewalk during resurfacing to prevent run off of cement and in some landscaping but not for any concrete forms.

Is this product UV resistant?

If used correctly it is between two surfaces and not exposed to sunlight. It is made to go between a wall and a concrete sidewalk or as a filler in an expansion joint for example.
