Within hours I would say I am noticing the desired effect, my body certainly needed this. I will be buying again for sure.

My partner had begun having leg cramps and was waking up most nights in agony. Not good for his sleep or mine! So when I saw these tablets that claim to help prevent cramps, it seemed there was nothing to lose in trying them. My mother also suffers from night cramps and she had tried an electrolyte drink mix without noticing particularly dramatic results so I didn’t have particularly high hopes for this going in. However, I’m very pleased to report that my partner has had no cramps since he began using them! Of course I can’t say for certain that these two things are related, but with the hot weather recently I’d have expected him to be having more trouble with cramps rather than less. So it seems a good enough sign that they likely have an effect that I will be recommending my mother try these instead. As well as seemingly being more effective, I believe electrolyte mixes tend to taste rather unpleasant, so this is one supplement that may be better taken in pill form. The caplets are of a reasonable size which shouldn't cause any issues for people to swallow. I have been fine taking them.A beneficial product to have & to consume in the hotter and more humid summer months. Especially for those who regularly workout and/or participate in sports activities. As more of a sweat is likely to occur. Useful too for those who find themselves to be more sweaty via work and leisure activities.

Pick these tablets up to replace the Electrolytes lost through sweating. The tablets themselves are very easy to take, and have no reversed aftertaste. It's very early days yet to see if the benefits, of taking these. What I do feel a little more energy since I've been taking them.

My partner and I are both on a fasting diet which involves fasting 18 hours on and then eating whatever we want. A friend of the family insisted we take electrolytes and as chance would have it we were offered some for review. The thing about supplements is, one often can't be sure if they are having an effect, as any benefits often manifest over long time spans and would need to be scientifically tested to be verified. All I can say is though they are pretty chunky things they go down well with enough water and I've not experienced any ill effects after a week of my diet and taking these supplements.

Been on a low carb diet for a little while now and the main thing I find with it is that I'm headachey and muscle cramps. Was advised to use electrolytes. The drinks were horrible to drink so thought the next best thing would be the tablets. Easy to swallow and not as crampy any more.
