Bought as back up as never seem to have enough heat proof places in the kitchen and always juggling where to put the hot pan off the stove. Work okay for that but one dropped and broke so a bit flimsy....

Useful genuine cork mats
These mats are genuine cork, but they are very thin, So I need two to be on the safe side with putting a hot saucepan on them. But ok to use one if only a warm container to be put on it.

item not fit for purpose.
I asked on the 5th of March to return this item, the cork was much too flimsy for what I wanted to use it for.It was authorised for return by the company, and I was sent a returns label to download. The item was returned by 2nd class large letter on 6th March. I have not heard anything back from the company since returning it, neither have I had a refund. Could you please look into this please as it is now well over 14 days since it was sent back. Patricia Bass
