Machine runs nice & smooth.pops out a basket of ice every 30 minutes or so. Id say this is a great machine for drinks & things like that. Its simple to use, however if you want it for ice to fill up ur work cooler like i did u might want to get one with a much larger basket. I have to empty the basket when its full into a bag or bowl n throw it in the freezer. It takes about 8 or 10 baskets for a walmart sized bag full of ice which happens to be just enough to fill my cooler n keep my 6 bottles of water cold for the day. Def a decent quality brand tho.looks good,nice n quiet AND like i said spits out ice every 3 to 5 minutes or so.

Easy to set up and makes ice quickly. Drain plug in the bottom is easy and helpful when not in use. Only issue is one side of the attached shovel comes off its attached little bar quite frequently. It has an auto shutoff that prevents the machine from making the ice spill out and it’s easy enough to wipe out and clean when not in use. I don’t have a water line available to my freezer and this was the perfect solution.

Works as intended, each refill gets you a decent amount of ice. The negative is every so often a few ice gets stuck after the ice releases from ice maker the sensors thinks that the unit is full and stops making ice, I need to open and push the ice down for it to start again

I never leave reviews however this is such a great buy I had to share. This ice maker cycles every 8 min, 9 cubes, like clock work. I'm off grid so ice is very special to cool off a drink with. Couldn't be happier.

So my ice machine in my fridge broke. Fridge is old. We plan to get a new one but I’m sick of paying for ice so tried this. What reviewers say about the ice being wet is true. But like they also say. A couple stabs with a fork or a hit with a cup and the ice breaks up fine. I’ve had this 3 days and have already saved myself $12 in ice. I’ve been filling it with water and letting it run from about 4-8 and emptying the basket every half hour or so if I don’t do it as they ice is done cuz I’m already in the kitchen. I’ve got no complaints. It’s basically silent with the exception of the ice falling down and being shoved into the basket. But overall minimal. We have a typical ice bin from a normal fridge ice maker and by 8pm my ice bin was basically overflowing with ice. Takes up minimal room. Is quiet. Quite happy thus far with my purchase and my ice.

I bought this for my daughter that chews ice for recreation, which she knows it's bad for her teeth. But this little thing is amazing . Works really well .

Takes along time and wastes a lot of electricity to give you a few tiny ice !

This is the second countertop ice maker that I have purchased. Last one worked for about a year before it died, probably due to my lack of descaling—lesson learned. The issue I have with this one is that the dimensions are shaved down compared to my old one (that had a very similar footprint) so this one feels like it’s too small. It only will take half the water that the other one did, so I’m constantly trying to fill it, and it doesn’t automatically turn back on once it shuts off for needing water—you have to press a button. Mine is under a countertop, so it’s tricky when you can’t see the error light. Again with the dimensions—the ice compartment is weirdly small so the scoop just barely fits and when you have to break up the ice that froze together, it flies out & goes everywhere. The ice basket is flimsy & isn’t very secure in place. The scoop is even dinky—I am still using the one from my last ice machine because it’s more substantial. All in all, if it wasn’t such a pain in the butt to return, I’d just return it and get the one I used to have—but remember to descale it this time. Check the dimensions. Not all of these are the same.
