Check your product for damage
Nice product, but there was damage to it. The box appeared to have been opened since it had left the factory, and the damaged part was not in the correct spot in the packaging.

I loved the idea of blending flipping the jug and filtering the juice on spot, used it to make pineapple juice with no water added it tastes delicious fresh and sweet, fantastic product.
