Q: Size for copag 1546. Do they fit flush or is the cut card slightly larger and uncomfortable for dealing?

They fit flush. I never had a problem with the fit. I have used them with Copag, DaVinci, and KEM.

Q: Are these plastic cut cards?

Yes, they are made of plastic. They have a slight bend but will not break. Perfect for cutting a 6 deck shoe or using to protect the bottom of the deck while dealing.

Q: Are they the same color on front and back?

Yes. Oddly enough, the yellow cut card was translucent, and I could see the bottom playing card through the yellow cut card. The yellow cut card did obscure enough of the bottom playing card to make it difficult to see from a distance. When dealing the cards you are not supposed to turn the deck upside down even with a cut card underneath. But I am more careful than other dealers. I have seen other dealers turn the deck over when dragging chips into the middle of the table. So I don't let other dealers use the yellow cut card, if I don't trust them.
