Missing assembly tools and scratches
I really wanted to rate this product highly but the experience hasn't been great. The product has multiple scratches, so ller did not coordinate for the delivery date and nor shipped the assembly tool (spanner number 15) as promised. I had to get it assembled from urban company because the item's assembly loops were not proper. The instruction manual is also not provided unless you contact the seller via customer support. The product quality is okay, the back support panels are not of solid wood. The storage boxes are good. Seller stops replying and ignores the messages stating he is outside and he would call or message which he never did. Please go for natural finish if you are still planning to buy otherwise the headboard cushion comes with stains.

Sturdy and Stylish
I purchased 2 of these single cots. The quality is good . I recommend this product. However fixing requires some external help if one is not very adept at it. Otherwise product is excellent and value for money.

Easy to install and well packed with no damages. Highly recommended. Also the seller is quite responsive and guides you well. Good support from the seller side. Go for it

Worst product. Cheating by putting third rated and cheap wood which broken within one month.
Product reached safely without any damage. Product is exactly as expected. Quality is excellent. Can be assembled easily. Since it is heavy it requires atleast two persons to assemble. Fully satisfied.

Delayed and faulty product received
The delivery received 3 days late than promised delivery date after constant follow ups with seller.Amazon do not support in any way when the delivery is directly from seller.
