Q: can you give me the carbs in this please?

This is basically chili, salt, and vinegar....no carbs at all!

Q: Comparison to heat level of thai kitchen chili paste (right level for me)? i don't want super spicy. to be mixed with soy, b. sugar, etc to make sauce

I really like this chili sauce. Just chilies, salt and preservatives. There is no soy or sugar. I recommend this and its very spicy.

Q: How long they kast in the fridge ager opening?

These will last a long time. Depending on how often we use it, we had one bottle last up to a year but we usually use it up in 6 to 9 months.

I bought this because a recipe calls for it. If you like spicy hot this is for you. Ingredients: Chili, salt, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium bisultite xanthun gum
