once dry/cured, is it waterproof?

Hi it is a thin bituminous based product that dries silver,being bitumen based it does have waterproofing properties but generally it is mainly used over a bitumen coating E.G All Weather Roofing Compound to prolong the life of the bitumen it is coated into from uv sunlight etc to prevent cracking and crazing
