i have rheumatoid arthritis and have a lot of trouble with my feet and hands. I cannot cut my toenails and have gone to podiatrist. He gave me one of these files.They work very well, to just file a little every day on your feet where the calluses have formed from hammer toes , sides of toes, etc. I also use them to file my toenails, so no longer need to go to the podiatrist. These are very strong nail files. They come in a package of two and last quite a long time. Could be used for finger nails as well.
