Pretty bag and good customer service
My daughter likes this arctic hunter bag very much. The good thing is it comes with a 2 year warranty. The zip came out of the zipper after a year and the seller was prompt to provide a new replacement. We are happy with the customer service. Thanks.

Great customer service
Quality of the bag is very good for the price point. The bag is also highly functional with thoughtful compartments which have really come in handy in travels, holding many useful items in a compact footprint. The bag that I first got, however, got slightly damaged with minor use where stitching of the bag handle came loose on one side. I complained to the Arctic Hunter team and availed the 2 years warranty. The team was super helpful and offered me with a replacement bag. The second bag as been working perfectly and has no flaws so far.
