Introductory class yoga for the purpose of relax is not slippery. Full-fledged yoga for intermediate or higher classes is not recommended due to slipping feet. Because the direction of the tatami stitch is parallel to the longest side of the tatami.

Q: What is the weight for the twin? it shows 7.65 pounds, but the weight for the larger twin xl only shows 6.5 pounds.
