This would be great if they made mask that work for flat faced animals.

This is a set that will fit a variety of animals.Im not a vet. I use these for oxygen and some over the counter medication. I can say that they form a good seal around a snout. They are made of a sturdy plastic and rubber type of material. The connectors are simple and can be attached quickly. The exhaust vents work well and there is minimal exhalation moisture.This set is sutible for both veterinary use or home use, especially if you're a breeder. The only part I didn't like is the case this comes in, it's very cheap and flimsy like they realized at the last minute the kit needed a case so ran to the dollar section of a store and grabbed the cheapest thing there. Other than the storage box, it's a must have piece of equipment to have.

This is a great item for vets. It is well made and, I think, would stand up to commercial use. We use the smallest mask for puppies. Many just born puppies need a shot of oxygen to wake them up and get them started. An oxygen tank (from a local welding supply) is needed along with a pressure regulator and flowmeter. You can find these on Amazon. We use the mask to push a little oxygen at very low pressure into the lungs and then let the puppy exhale. This is better than mouth to nose. Sometimes a little heart massage is necessary- puppy CPR. Over the years we have had great success with supplemental oxygen. A professional dog breeder- or other larger animal breeder needs to keep this on hand for newborns. We have tried many makeshift oxygen masks but this is the real thing. When you revive your first puppy it will be well worth the cost.

This kit of masks is top notch! They are extremely well made, lots of sizes, and even come in a little carrying case! Great to have on hand for any possible pet emergencies

I love that this came with many different sizes so no matter what animal arrives you should be able to provide it with oxygen and help it out. The box they store in is a really weak/cheap plastic like makeup box that feels like they ran out to dollar tree for it, it is pretty though, which is the cause for missing star. I'd much rather see them kept in something a little more protective as these are life-saving tools.
