Blitzed Brits (Horrible Histories)

My son is almost 8 and he likes history and facts. He has enjoyed this book very much.

This is the fun way to learn history. And even if you like me, a historian, think you know everything about the subject, you don't. The author has dug up funny stories, absurd things and practices that probably are news to a lot of people that did not live in those days. Give this book to anyone that says "history is boring"! I certainly will.

Looks a good book for a boy interested in WW2

Bought to encourage a 9 year old boy to read as he is very interested in anything to do with war but not a great reader. He loved the book and has read from it every day since being given it - success!

Purchased during lockdown for my son.He really enjoyed this one.

Used by my son for school project and was well worth the money. Well written, informative and easy for young readers. My son was 11 and thoroughly enjoyed this book.

Bought the three Horrible Histories books for my granddaughter. She loves them.
