Bought this mixer in 2024. Honestly I am very happy of my purchase. Really super sturdy and efficient. I love the build, made to last. And does a fantastic job of blending and grinder. Quick and efficient. Worth the money for sure.. The jar capacity is also pretty good. Both the jars serve the purpose well. Seems a durable one. 2 years warranty is cool. Recently there was some issue with my mixer and the customer support team did a fabulous job by replacing the mixer within the warranty period, wouldn't have asked for more. Completely value for money purchase

However, one small issue I’ve noticed is slight leakage when dealing with liquids, especially while blending juices. It’s not a major problem but does require a bit of extra care while using. Apart from this, the build quality and performance have been satisfactory. Overall, it’s a reliable and useful appliance for daily kitchen use. If the leakage issue is improved, it would be even better. Still, a good option considering its performance and value for money.

Ltd. customer support handled it fantastically and replaced it with a brand-new unit very quickly — I’m really impressed with how smoothly the whole process went. Great product. The customer service also deserves credit. I purchased this in August. It was working well. I used it for grinding and blending. Suddenly in January, it stopped working. I contacted the customer care. They asked to send me a video of the jar to see its condition and the other details. Within 4 to 5 days, they have replaced the jar. Now I continue enjoying using it. The build, quality and working of the product is exceptionally well and I love recommending it to my near and dear.

Good quality mixer grinder, compact and easy to use. Initially got a product with some motor issue. But the company did it’s job, by replacing the product with a new one. Great for quick chutneys and dips.
