I love the price but am not happy with how the magenta has ruined my printer. When I print black and white it is covered in pink, when I print color, it only comes out yellow and blue. If I take out the pink cartridge the printer won't print at all so I have to keep it in there. I am hoping my printer can be fixed once I get new ink.

Product says they're compatible with my HP Laserjet printer and they are. Same shape, fit into toner tray, no issues there. But my printer wouldn't recognize the chip!! We tried a few work arounds we found online, all to no avail. We were able to make them work by removing the chips from these cartridges and putting the chips from our original HP cartridges onto these. Not a hard thing to do just inconvenient.

CHIP NO SON COMPATIBLES, ME LOS BLOQUEÓ LA IMPRESORA

The yellow toner out of this set leaked out all over our printer at 60% left. We are past the 30 day warranty so we are out of luck.

We were initially hesitant to buy an alternate brand of toner for our HP printer, as we’ve had trouble in the past with other printers, and this brand didn’t help to change that. Though the cyan, magenta, and yellow cartridges have worked great and with the same print quality at a much lower price in comparison to the HP ones, the chip for the black cartridge was incompatible. We can’t do a simple chip swap from our empty HT cartridge, as that chip was glued in place. So, we’re left with an unusable black cartridge now and have to purchase an official HP one.
