Must Have!
This is my first pregnancy and the third pillow I have bought and I wish it would have been the first. It really helped me to not turn on my back in the middle of the night and reduced my back pain. First one I bought was a massive full-body pillow. It's comfortable and I still use it but I find it too much to sleep at night, especially as your arm is constantly tucked under the pillow all night. Second one was a foam wedge pillow. Triangle at the front and back. Thought it would be great but I was very wrong. It gave me bad back pain as it was simply too high and too firm. Then I bought this one and it's basically the best of both. I have the freedom of my arms as the support starts below the chest (depending on how high you pull the pillow) but I still feel well supported. I can decide to have it wedged between my legs but can also just have it lie loose beside them. It's easy to maneuver around when I do wake up and need to change position. If you're pregnant and unsure which pillow to get. Get this one. It's worth it.

Most comfortable night in a while!
After my first night using this pillow, I’ve woken without aching hips and back! This has offered so much pain relief - I wish I had purchased it sooner! There is loads of support for both front and back and is ideal for side sleepers as well as creating a cost nest for when you do sleep on your back. The thin padded material that joins the front and back supports is comfy and makes it ideal for sleeping with little to no discomfort. I highly recommend this and will be purchasing some additional covers - I purchased the option that came with the white jersey cover but have my eye on the grey floral!

Entirely depends on your needs - works for me
I’ve waited until 8.5 months pregnant to review this and have had it throughout my pregnancy. I was looking for something that could help me stay on my side and not roll onto my back and this has delivered. I read reviews of women who said they were fed up repositioning it every time they rolled over. That would be a pain, I never do that. I’ve always slept with a small knee pillow anyway as it helps stop lower back pain for me so I don’t tend to use the longer section as a knee pillow - genuinely i don’t think any pregnancy pillow would be as good as a stand-alone knee pillow, just get that if it’s more a posture/pain issue you have! For stopping rolling: First trimester - gap between the two pillow sections was too big but I probably started using it too early anyway (14 weeks). No way was bump heavy enough to cause problems then. This also entirely depends on your pre pregnancy size this cushion will not be one size fits all! I’m a size 8, athletic build and definitely found the gap too wide to start with. Second trimester - as bump got bigger this became more useful as the gap between cushions got smaller. I found the small cushion too soft though and I could just roll onto it and flatten it - not helpful! I’ve added a folded Turkish towel under it for more height and to make it firmer, this has done the trick and I now use it as a wedge to keep me on my left side - I’ll pull it in during the night to secure it. Third trimester - I’d say it’s working best now, with the towel for extra support. Stops me rolling and that’s all I wanted. Summary: Not going to be suitable for all bodies in all trimesters. Don’t bother trying to adjust it at night, stick with it in one position, for ‘wedge’ function add a firm towel (Turkish towel is perfect) to small cushion, if you want pelvic support just get a standard knee cushion. Cover: has ripped a little and is a pain to get back on.

Pain free sleep!
I never write reviews but just had to for this! Suddenly developed severe back and hip pain at 30 weeks pregnant, up until then I was comfortable in bed with just a few spare pillows. Then I was waking almost every hour with searing pain in my hips and back and had to switch sides continually. Decided to try the Dreamgenii upon recommendation of friends and so glad I did! While I'm still waking up and switching sides less often, I've had no pain since using it. I have to sit up every so often in bed due to heartburn and can do so without moving the pillow, just have the flat piece behind my back and curl the pillow under my knees, which is really comfy! Got it at a reduced price which is even better!

Back ache and uncomfortable
I saw positive views across multiple sites for this pillow so decided to give it a go. I just haven’t got on with it at all unfortunately. The back support doesn’t stop me from rolling onto my back, it’s also only offering support to the top of my back/ shoulders and therefore I get terrible lower back pain. The front of the pillow doesn’t seem to support my bump, as it’s quite solid, so it’s uncomfortable and I find my baby kicks lots as I feel like I’m squishing it! I have found it that it hasn’t lost its shape and hasn’t become too soft and therefore does offer support with my legs, but on the whole I wouldn’t recommend this and I wish I didn’t buy it.

Great product, very comfortable!
I really struggled in the first few months of my pregnancy and was thinking about buying a maternity pillow for a long time but wasn't sure if it would be worth it. I suffered from SPD in my first pregnancy and so when my hips and back started hurting on this pregnancy I struggled to get comfortable in bed. I bought this pillow after looking around for a bit. It's safe to say since the first night of using this pillow I have not been disappointed. I have been much more comfortable in bed, obviously being pregnant in the last trimester can be increasingly uncomfortable anyway but this pillow definitely offers support. Great product, would definitely recommend!

Instant comfort
I bought this at around 16 weeks as started to experience slight discomfort at night when there wasn’t anything to support (even my v small!) bump and lower back. Had been using a cushion in between my knees to take pressure off lower back from lying on my side but wanted a proper maternity pillow. I liked this one vs other brands because of the three support points and most importantly the addition of the lower back. I find it SUPER comfortable and supportive, makes you feel like you’re being cradled all round. I felt the difference and better comfort in my sleeping positions from the first night I used it. Think it’s a good size too and not too overwhelmingly big like some. Hoping it doesn’t get too hot in warmer months as having a summer baby. Pleased and worthy investment so far.

Disappointed
Honestly I bought this because of the fantastic reviews. I’m really disappointed by this. My first pregnancy, I got a 15£ sort of double sausage pillow and it was much better. The idea of this pillow is good but it needs some serious work. It is simply not enough filled and too soft. I find that it always gives me a dead arm. And if you don’t always sleep on your left side (yes , breaking news: sometimes us pregnant women like to also sleep on our right side!!!) it’s just not comfortable enough and your sleeping position is awkward. I’m small, 5’4 but if I was taller I ant seen how it’s would work. The only positive thing: the back does stop me from rolling on my back. One advice: don’t spend that amount of money! It’s not worth it
