2014 Apple iPad Air 2 (9.7-inch, Wi-Fi, 16GB) - Space Gray (Renewed)

Arrived on time and hardly looks used! very good purchase.

Tablet measures up as advertised, excellent condition

I have to say, I was dubious about buying a reconditioned iPad as you never really know what you're going to get. Whilst the packaging was basic (inside a jiffy bag in a box) it was signed for by Royal Mail and came faster than I expected.This is a Christmas present so I've used an old iPad box we kept to put it in and wrap so from my perspective, that's absolutely fine.After inspecting the iPad itself, I found near enough no marks on it, and by near enough, I'm talking some very fine marks on the side, which I would've missed if I wasn't going over it with a fine-toothed-comb. There are no visible marks on the screen or anywhere else.I have run the device and it all looks to be working perfectly well; the thumb print is good and the operation is smooth and quick.Considering I bought this yesterday and it has arrived so quickly AND it in seemingly perfect working order, I would say I highly recommend this purchase.Good work Grade Mobile!

Very pleased with product and service

The iPad came with permanent marker writing on the back, there was stickers also on the back and the iPad button is sticking when you press it. Not ideal for a child’s birthday present.

Bought for my 6 year old son for Christmas & I noticed the other day while I put it on charge that it appears bent. From day 1 of using its been in a case (pic included) seller says it must have been immense pressure put on it for it to bend, when I asked would a 6 year old be able to put that much pressure on it, was told he doubts it but still won't accept that it must be a defect. All I have his Amazon policy doesn't cover you for purposely damage or water damage. So admitting that a 6 year old couldn't Do it, but won't accept that it aint purposely damaged. Sure won't be buying from this seller again as I expect it to last longer then 3 weeks. (Also seller say I bought it in Nov but as stated wasn't used by my son or anyone until Christmas day). And also had to have charge off my daughter as came with a crap charger that wouldn't even charge ipad. Terrible service!!!! Also paying for extra insurance but that doesn't seem to cover this. Which was purchased while ordering off here Also.
