I take quite a few medications that mean constipation has been a way of life for several years. I’ve tried all sorts including herbal and chemical. This is all plant based and unbelievably effective. Not cheap but oh my word it is money very well speny!

Works effectively

This is so effective. Bowels and colon totally emptied BUT I don’t need to take every day as it is strong.

Use carefully and do not exceed dosage. Did the job for me in 2 capsules.

No effect whatsoever. For me a complete waste of money.

I think these laxative capsules are great helped my constipation well easy to take don’t taste any flavour swallow them with a lot of water good value for money helps to relieve any pain you can get with constipation

Did nothing for me, so won't recommend

Shame that even this gave me abdominal cramps. Unpredictable so awkward to live with abdominal cramps, no matter how mild. So finally given in and using Microlax enemas, not totally cramp free but at least i can plan when to use one and when it will be uncomfortable. Plus its not very long. Often still working the following morning. Two a week is fine for me.

As I am going through a diet, I have one open day per week. This product helped me to relieve the stress after eating, since it helps to clean my stomach from the food I am having at this day.

Wow, eine Kapsel genommen und es klappte ohne grosse Anstrengung.

A mi me funciona genial. Es la segunda compra que hago. Me tomo una cápsula por la noche, y a veces si veo que es necesario aumento a dos pero muy puntualmente. He probado varias de otras marcas y hasta ahora esta es la que mejor me funciona. En mi caso es por un tratamiento crónico, y otras que he probado y también infusiones, etc ... o no me funcionaban o unos cólicos horribles. Estoy satisfecha y las recomiendo.
