Value for money at £15, sharp mouldings and decal sheet, four gulf variant s to make. Instructions seem easy to read, pity not in colour, but, it's an all over desert one colour! The back of the box shows variations in colour. It's a side opening box, I prefer top lid boxes. Recommend kit.

The packaging was quite damaged, but luckily the foods were ok.

So looking forward to making this made one in my childhood so the memories are flooding back all pieces are all marked up nice and simple definitely recommend this

Not a great kit, instructions are poor and there are huge gaps that will require filler.

I bought this kit for the decals mostly, which are ok, if not entirely the correct colours. As for the kit itself, it’s what I’ve come to expect from italeri. Cockpit is basic, no crew figures to put in there so if you want it flying you’ll have to source them elsewhere, detail is… ok. Fit is poor, there was a lot of sanding needed on the fuselage and the jet intakes are just an appalling fit, with a lot of filler needed. Similarly the tail fin needed a lot of work, especially where it fits the ‘spine’ of the aircraft. Overall, now the desert babes kit is out, you’re better going for that one

Il servizio di Amazon puntuale e in questo caso anche piuttosto conveniente, il prezzo infatti è ottimo. Non ho ancora montato il modello ma sono sicuro che la resa sarà buona.

Bellissimo, non impegnativo una costruzione facile e spensierata, certo delle istruzioni più accurate soprattutto per la verniciatura e le decalcomanie le avrei gradite

If you are looking for a straightforward, easy to assemble kit where everything just comes together like a well engineered aircraft like the Tornado, look elsewhere. This isn’t your Hasegawa \ Tamiya \ Bandai kit. You will spend a lot of time getting those air intakes fitted as well as possible until you break out the knives, sanding files and putty. Italeri kit quality is generally below average IMHO - but far better than the average Revell USA kits. The Good + The price. A Hasegawa kit will cost twice as much - but most likely have less than half the frurstration. + The decals are VERY NICE - thin, and conforms to the panel lines well + The Gulf War edition is a very nice subject + Wings swing - and the pylons can be moved to accommodate the sweep angle - but... see Ugly The Bad - Some instructions just make you wonder what the heck? The fuel tank fins? Don’t bother. - More plastic flashes than Flash Gordon The Ugly - The Air Intakes are poorly fitted - be prepared to do a LOT of sanding and puttying to make it fit properly. A LOT - To mount the pylons, you have to heat a flathead screwdriver to press the plastic into a rotatable position - Not kid friendly
