Not ready for prime time
Bought this pillow in April. It's basically all the same level. There were supposed to be a lump in the bottom which was supposed to be a little bit higher. When flat and I've only had it since April another problem is. You cannot take it out of the cover to wash it. The concept is a good idea they just need to work on it and get better quality materials
