Excellent quality bench
Highly recommend this workout bench. It is so easy to set up and is very sturdy. The fact that it folds up for storage is a big plus in a "storage challenged" living area. It is comfortable to workout on and the back and legs adjust nicely. The price for the quality of this product was very good.I would buy another if I ever needed to.

Great and Cheap
I would buy again. The back rest and seat are wide and it is very stable. Two small things that could be improved are the seat/backrest gap is a lot bigger than pictured and the foot bar is not very strong. Neither of those two things are bad enough for me not to buy it again.

Does the job with one complaint
I got this bench in order to do some BODi programs from home that require an adjustable bench. I bought it on sale. It’s decent for the price. It’s very easy and quick to adjust and is solid. It seems to be made well and I can easily move it around the room. It doesn’t collapse for storage so it does take up a little space. My only real complaint about it is the dimensions. I am 5’ 3” and I find the bench is too tall for me (no incline) to do the “step up” lower body exercises. I’ve been using a nearby couch instead. I was at a hotel and using their gym when I noticed that the bench there was several inches shorter than mine. I thought they came pretty standard but I guess not (my bad for not researching that). My husband is 6’ 1” and he’ll be able to use it for this purpose without a problem. But…for exercises where I am on my back (also bench is flat with no incline), the length is perfect. If it were any shorter, my butt would be in the crack between the two padded sections and it would hurt (and also be bad form). In this case, my husband won’t be able to make it work. Maybe he could just lay on the floor for those moves. So in sum, solid equipment at a good price that’s easy to adjust. But the length and height are a strange combination that make it less ideal for short or tall people, depending on the move.

About what you would expect for the price
Pros:1. Folds up pretty small, and flat without the leg roller2. It is very light, easily carried from under a couch to a workout area3. The pad is decently thick and comfortable4. Very affordableCons:1.The ladder doesn't actually line up as it should, and when it will flex when loaded sideways, sometimes causing it to jump a tooth, so anything that loads sideways like traditional dumbbell pullovers isn't good for it, stick to exercises where your whole body is on the bench.2. The leg roller will bend in use, it is very weak, and it also gets in the way of the bench being compactUsing the leg roller for situps is incredibly uncomfortable, the gap is just too large, I end up just leaving the leg roller unattached, since it does more harm than good.3. There is no where to put the pins when it is folded, so it is easy to lose them when it is folded awayNeutral:1. The whole thing just feels very cheap, but it is very cheap so that is something I could hardly hold against it.2. It seems like it really will hold a combined user and weight load of 600lbs as claimed.

Good stability, good size
I workout from home, and in a small 10x12 room with other things in it taking space.Perfect amount of space to unfold and put back up.This was small enough for me (5'3''), but might be a bit small for taller individuals, and I sorta wish the back were slightly wider.Otherwise I've been having a great time getting incline presses and whatnot.
