Extremely small
I ordered based on the size guide. When the item arrived the first give away to the blouse being on the small size was the tightness around the arms. As for fastening the buttons, they were about 3 inches from even meeting. Thankfully I have an Amazon.de account so I have been able to order a correct fitting blouse.
