How do I pair this to my Bluetooth speaker? I'm clicking on 'pair new device' but nothing is happening - just the blue wheel spinning around

i just go into settings, connected devices,bluetooth then press pair on both devices at same time until paired.

Forgotten PIN l. my son has naively set a PIN and not forgotten / unable to access. Is there a means to reset, there is nothing on the instructions

same here! Said to the seller, they sent a tool that we had to download but it didn't work. The software doesn't see/reset the tool when we connected it to my pc
