I experienced no side effects with this product and my stomach feels great. Once upon a time i couldn’t eat too early in the morning especially rice, I’d feel so bloated, but since I started taking this product, I no longer experience this issue. When poured in the water, it really has no taste so it’s like drinking regular water. The only issue is that the glass dropper never pics up 1ml, it’s always below 1 ml and u neeed 2ml in 8 oz of water. So you gotta use your head in order to get an approximate amount. If you have A measuring cup, that would be ideal.
