Ontel Miracle Headache Relief Wrap - Light Blocking Cap and Sleeping Mask with Cooling Gel & Compression

The media could not be loaded.  This product is lives up to its name it’s a Miracle!!!I like that it’s soft, has a gentle fabric, inside has this squishy material. It stretches and provides just enough compression to keep you comfortable. It’s naturally cool but if you want it colder you can put it in the freezer/ fridge. Also can warm it up too.Dislike is that it doesn’t retain the cooling/ heating effect for too long. I would say after about 10 mins it will warm up to your body temperature. Which could be a good thing for some but I personally would prefer it to keep cool for a longer period.Overall this is a 10/10 and worth the buy.

This headache relief wrap is awesome. The compression, light blocking, and cooling feel great. It helps soothe any pressure or headache I’m feeling and sometimes is just nice to block out light for a quick nap. Now I just need to get one for my husband so he doesn’t keep taking mine.

I think if you put in the freezer it's too cold as it hurt my head but if you use it warm or just refrigerate, it's amazing. Frozen, I actually use on my knee. Really great and soft product.

I can't put this over my head with my long hair and the pulling effect. The item it's self is well made and even though I can't pull it over my face the effect is still good laying it on my face. All in all this is nice to have and does work well.The main thing I would like to see differently is the ability to pull over and on my face (larger). This does work great for my daughter who has a smaller head and does not have to battle with the hair to get it on.

I bought this to help with the heat from hot flashes and it feels amazing!
