SHOCKING !!
Faulty on arrival. Unable to send back and get a refund due to QR code not working and Amazon Customer services giving us the run-around when attempting to help. Turned out to be very unhelpful. A major ball ache for £5.99. I just binned it in the end!Beware when ordering stuff like this. Returns are blocked.

Slightly fiddly to insert, maybe I just haven’t done it before. Easy to use, plug and watch. Can be used in different devices such as tv or laptop. Durable and thickness of cable is strong. I think it will last longer.

Works one way only
Cable looks quality and it's easy to plug in at both ends.It connects the laptop's HDMI slot to the monitor's VGA input, but it does not work the other way around, so it cannot connect the PC's VGA slot to the screen's HDMI input; it just does not come up - probably it's not meant to, but it would have been more practical that way.
