It will weld very thin material as it has Tig welding ability it all depends on your ability to weld

Can this machine weld on aluminium?

No, this welder is not suitable for welding aluminium and aluminium alloys as this TIG welder doesn't have the ac TIG welding mode. Please carefully and completely read the description of this item which clearly states 'Suitable for welding different metals such as steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, copper, brass and bronze etc. except aluminium and aluminium alloys'.

Does warranty cover outside UK

I would think it is only coved one uk but sometimes if like landrover and other companies do hope it helps I would phone company and ask them

Do you need argon gas bottle with this welder for the tig welder and what’s the max metal thickness mild steel.

You will need to obtain your own gas bottle and flow regulator and make sure the regulator that you get has hose end fitting to push the hose on to. I have only used up to 5mm mild steel in ARC mode. I only have it aired up to 13amp plug where in the setup instructions recommends 16amp supply.I On 13 amp supply it will blow fuse when turning up amperage. Great welder.

Seems like good but of kit.

Only tested arc to make sure it is working. Really powerful. I tried it down low and up high not quite able to weld 1mm sheet but that is why I got the tig as yet not tested not got gas or regulator yet. Seems like good but of kit.

It’s a great welder length of leads a bit short

Quality is great but earth and rod holder leads are a bit short would be a much better just 500mm longer I should of checked this I guess
