It does give the long tint but moisturising..no. you can go for it with vaseline for moisturising and lipstick for long wear, but i constantly use this from last 3 years now.

Bought 2 of these and they snapped right away without any pressure. The older ones were so good. This one is not durable and not as hydrating. Even the color is not very natural looking like the older one. No longer worth it.
