This is an extract form of Propolis so from the small vegetarian capsule, the 300mg extract provides the equivalent dose of 1500mg.The capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. The bottle came with a good shelf life of over 3 years.I’m really pleased NOW have added Propolis to their range and plan to switch to this product from my previous brand.

I really rated Now Foods having used the in the past. Very good product from long established business only reason I do not use as often as I like is that it is sometimes hard to get on UK sites. I was pleased to see this Now Foods, Propolis 1500 (5:1 Extract), Bee Propolis pop up on Amazon. I take bee propolis throughout the year for a range of reasons and for the quality this brand normally provides and the fact there is 100 easy swallow capsules make them brainer for me

Bee propolis has been used for medicinal purposes around the world for a very long time. It is well recognised for its healing, anti-inflammatory and immune system boost properties. It isn't clear if it is necessary or beneficial to take these capsules daily, but as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle, they are highly likely to be beneficial

I take a propolis capsue most days and this seems in line with the quality of other products I've used and at a decent price to boot. Recommended!

Not as good as other UK brandd

You get 100 in the container, recommended dose 1 a day with a glass of water, easy to swallow with no aftertaste.They are a non GMO and vegan/vegetarian formula.They do containing bulking agents.Photos attached for reference.As with any supplement, if unsure, check with health care provider first.Good best before date of September 2028.Thank you.

Propolis has been a life changer for me. After ignoring it for a few decades I started taking it about a year or so ago and use it daily. NO MORE COLD OR BUGS SINCE I BEGAN. Well maybe one unnoticeable sniffle....My health has improved beyond measure. I will never not take it. If I am on a bus full of people coughing and sneezing i come home and take some... and I don't get sick.
