Great on oatmeal, really excellent way to add fiber. Dr Gregor has lots good to say about wheat germ as well. I've added it to some baked goods, pancakes, and the like and it's always been fine. Highly recommend.

I don't know what you can say about wheat germ... it's fresh (no trace of rancidity) and is uniform and free of any other material. Bob's Red Mill is always great quality.
