Just what I needed as I'm out of HDMI ports on my TV. I have a cable box and another streaming device and had to change over HDMI cables each time I wanted to use either. With this, small but great splitter, I was able to connect both to the main HDMI cable, and with a easy press of the button, it switches between both devices! Highly recommend!

At Best Buy, they wanted $60 for a two port HDMI switch that required a separate USB-C power supply, not included. This product costs about 1/6 as much and they even throw in an extra 3' HDMI cable. It was plug and play. The kicker is that it is powered off the HDMI cable, so no extra power supply needed. Works great to switch between two sources (Cable Box/AppleTV) and my single HDMI port TV.

I was pleased to find the card in with it that stated the 1 year warranty is extended to 3 years. Absolutely simple set up. Plug 2 hdmi devices in on the one side and an hdmi to the tv on the other side and that’s all there is to it. I’m very happy with this so far. It does exactly what I needed!

I love the layout & leds on this thing but there's an issue I ran into..See I have lots of consoles on my basement setup so I have a 7 port hdmi switch & tried this 2 port on input 2 of my 7 port to have 9 total. The 2 consoles I tried using this on was a Nintendo Wii & Nintendo Switch. The issue I ran into was when I switched to the NS on this my Wii tried powering on it didn't fully come on but the fan on the Wii came on it never did that & when I totally change inputs it meaning the Wii n fan went off. So this device doesn't act right with certain consoles. Maybe it does right with others but not those 2 together. In conclusion I tried a 3 port & it worked flawlessly. That one is called Avedio LinkS. That device works excellent!Anyway I just wanted to give everyone a heads up on this one before buying this one the small issue it has.

A simple splitter and I wanted one that would not need a battery as apparently some do. This works just fine and is small and easy to locate. Not sure why people don't like the button to switch it seems fine to me. Happy with the item.

KVM switching was not working with my laptop. HDMI video would intermittently end up a blackscreen until I unplugged the cable from the laptop and plugged it back in again. Then all was right.This unplugging/plugging was too frequent. I thought it would wear out the Laptop HDMI port. So I got this unit. Now whenever the blackscreen happens, I use the pushbutton to toggle to the unused port then back again, simulating the unplug/replug. Easy peasy. So far, flawless. Cheap workaround for an annoying problem. (Also had to get a short HDMI cable so this unit is 'inline')

We have a TV with 2 HDMI slots, but we have a Roku, a Wii and a DVD player (yes we're old-school!) This works perfectly. The Wii and DVD player are plugged into this and you simply press the button to switch between the 2. Simple enough for the kids to use.

I got this to switch between my work laptop and my Mac Mini without needing to unplug and replug my HDMI cable between the two. I did need to buy a second HDMI cable so I could connect both computers, but the time I've saved by not reading behind the monitor twice a day has been worth that cost. Overall this works great. I recall that it wasn't terribly expensive. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up.

I bought the switch and installed it a week ago and so far it works as expected. Time will tell but so far so good. Installation was a breeze.

I have a triple HDMI switch for connecting a PS5, Nintendo Switch and a spare for connecting to my computer or a PS3 to view on my TV. My TV has 3 HDMI ports with one primarily for the satellite box connection. That leaves 2 and that wasn't enough for all my devices. Having designated one for a 3-connector, I still had a PS4 and an all region Blu-ray player to connect, so this Bi-Direction Switch was the answer I needed. If I used the spare port for my PS4 on the 3-Switch it kept blinking in and out, making any game unplayable. So, I was constantly switching the HDMI connector from the Blu-ray to the PS4 which was quite inconvenient. When I saw this Bi-directional switch I ordered it immediately. After connecting the 2 devices to it, I tested the play results and it worked perfectly. Now I only have to click the button on the switch to change from PS4 to disc player. The great thing about this switch is that I can invert it and connect 2 TVs to show the same program. That is the marvel of this technology! I have an extra TV, so if I ever decide I want it connected to the main TV it's possible; just order another Bi-Direction Switch! The switch has a small USB C port and comes with an extra cord to attach it to a power source using a standard USB , but it wasn't needed for my purpose. It functions quite well without it.

I have one for me, my hubby was so impressed with how well it has been working he asked me to get one for him aswell. So now we can switch easily from our work laptops to our own PCs, just a press of the button.
