Not worth it
This thing is garbage, makes the sandwich flatter than a pancake and takes forever to cook. Not worth it.

It is too small for average size bread.

Too small, and sandwiches squished too flat
Average slice of bread is larger than the space offered. Samdwoches are squished very thin. Cheese in my grilled cheese squished out the back into the hinge and onto the counter. The heating plates are easy to clean, but the hinges are not.
