Quality product. Easy to use and clean. Uses two triple “ A” batteries. Worth purchasing!

I purchased this thermometer to check the surface temperature of my Blackstone Griddle. It works perfectly and as an added bonus you can also check meat temperature as well. It’s digital so easy to read. It is also built well and is fairly accurate. I use it every time I cook on my griddle. It’s basically two thermometers in one and worth the money IMO.
