This product has one of if not the best ring attachment at this price point. Doesn't leave and rings from cutting off circulation. This definitely will fit most if not all people as im on the bigger side and didn't have many problems with it. I think when it comes to the actual vibrations the external one is really enjoyable, would have liked the internal one to be bigger but oh well still good! You can use the remote but I'd recommend the app.
