But not this one!PROS:-It uses a vacuum-powered suction that is strong and works excellently with the back of any smooth phone or phone case. (No more worrying about the holder activating my phone's side volume or power buttons!) It releases the phone easily with the press of a button.-The knob holding the suction in place allows for great freedom of motion. Once attached I can face my phone up, down, toward me, or toward the passenger quite easily without worrying about something breaking.-The knob holding the suction is quite firm; I never have to worry about it drooping when the driving gets a little rough. At the same time, it is loose enough that its direction can be easily adjusted.-Firm grip on the car vents.CONS (potentially):-The device uses suction, so phone cases with rough textures (such as my wife's case) will not work with the device. She had to remove her case to use it, which IMO is a mild inconvenience.-The device is placed on an air vent, so if you prefer not to have your phone blocking a bit of the AC, this type of device is not for you.Conclusion:I love this device! It is inconspicuous, simple to use, and works exactly as I hope and expect a phone holder should.

The item sent was very similar however the end of it that goes into the vent is different. The one received is just a hook that adjust in and out as you turn the dials that hold the phone. The suction was decent I will have to see how it holds up throughout long car rides however.
