The adhesives suck and are impossible to put on correctly. They shrivel up as soon as you remove the backing. I tried it both ways. First to adhere it to speaker part, then tried to stick adhesive directly on tummy. Neither worked. Ended up having to get creative and hold the ear/speaker piece in place with my pregnancy support belt. Furthermore and most importantly one speaker stopped working the second day I used it. I only played music about an hour or two the first time. Sound quality is ok but certainly not the best. It’s $24 for a reason. Choose a better product.
