Got this to run my cpap machine off a Bluetti EB3A. With heated tube and humidifier off I am able to get a full 8 hours of sleep from this set up. I'm sure if I were to use a regular tube and no humidifier it would last much longer.

If you have a bluetti or some type of battery bank this is a must have for power outage. compare this to the ac inverter power vs socket power is completely different. The socket power basically triples the length of use on my bluetti 180. If I would have had this during the Helen storm when everything was down, I could have conserved so much power, if I remembered correctly with this adaptor, it would only use around 5% of energy every night with full night use. now I don't use the water chamber so, I can't say what that does or uses. The humidifier uses a lot more power consumption. in my opinion this is a must have for some who has a backup power unit or just a battery with a socket plug connected to it. I use mine to go camping with the family and it works perfectly.

It works fine! Unfortunately, that's all I can really say. I cannot speak to long-term reliability of the product yet. It does seem to be of good build quality. I don't know why ResMed didn't make one for the Airsense 11, at least as of this writing. I'll be RELYING on this product in my tiny camper on long trips. So I do hope it lasts! Nothing is making me think it won't.

I wanted this kind of cable when I first got my AirSense 11, but they weren’t available. So glad to see that someone is making them. I use the cable plugged into a Renogy power bank. The cable seems sturdy and easily slides into the plug. I look forward to camping this summer and being able to use my CPAP, thanks to this cable.

It works for camping and off grid use. Turn off the humidification option if the amount of 12 VDC is limited. It cuts the power use in about half.

I use this for my Resmed Airsense 11 with a Jackery portable power station and it works great. use it at home every night and then take the power station and cable with me when I'm camping, too.

I’m des with a battery that has a cigar lighter output and works perfectly.
