Dealing with sciatica and lower back pain a Dr recommended I get a lumbar belt and I’m glad I picked this one, it works great fits under my shirts, gives great support for the lower back, I wear it all day and since I got it about a month ago my lower back has been able to recover incredibly well, big big difference in my motion, the pain shooting down my leg went away, but also make sure you take care of your back and not just rely on this to fix you, but it’s made a big difference in my life, def recommend it and well worth the money. Excellent quality and support. I had 3 bulging disks and 1 herniated one. Could not sit and barely move. This brace has been a lifesaver. Gives support to core while healing and is comfortable to wear during work. Would definitely recommend. Size was perfect, velcro stays in place. I appreciated the extra pad for extension, now it fits my husband too

Fits snug and gives a lot of support. I purchased it for my wife who has used for the past several days. She is very happy with it and says it does elevate most of her back pain.

The brace fits true to size and is of reasonable quality. The support is sturdy yet flexible, and its adjustable straps allow you to customize the level of tension and compression, with the Velcro holding securely. It’s comfortable under clothing, not overly bulky, and it stayed in place without rolling—an issue some other braces are reported to have. There was no skin irritation, and the breathable material kept it from feeling too warm during wear. Unfortunately, it did not reduce back pain for the wearer; it simply made them more aware of the painful area, so it was returned. Nevertheless, the construction was reported to hold the lumbar region secure, which may help prevent further strain or injury.

This is the best back brace! Well worth the money. It fits perfectly and is so smooth that it doesn't snag your clothing. Very good support and stays in place without rolling up like others do. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

I’ve purchased similar lumbar braces that do not give the same support as this. I have deep aching and burning pain due to bulging L3, L4, L5 discs with stenosis and use this while working a job that requires moderate to heavy lifting for a few hours each morning. The added side straps are easy to use, stay in place when I’m bending, and I can feel the change in support when I tighten them. The lumbar pad puts a perfect amount of pressure on my spine and now I can’t imagine using my previous braces that did not have one. I’m glad I found this, as it allows me to get through my mornings at work without too much pain. I do a lot of bending and twisting, and during a two hour shift I might have to adjust the brace once or twice, due to it moving a 1/2 inch or so. I’d say that’s to be expected. Overall, I’d recommend this. I can tell the immediate difference when I’m wearing it.

The closure in the front is a bit too narrow. In order to get that good hug in the lower C and upper L region I had to really tighten it and the narrow Velcro straps were cutting into the stomach a bit more than I'd like. Wearing a good thick cotton shirt underneath it really helped, but during the summer, in 95Deg F heat makes that an impossibility while wearing another shirt on top of it. Passing out is not a good look. But otherwise, I thought the build and materials were of standard Chinese quality. Longevity is still something I can't rate, but let's see where it's at after 30 days. HSA eligible, which was nice, and it wasn't too expensive when compared to other offerings for this region of the back.

I don't usually write in depth reviews but - if you're reading this review, this brace is for you! I got a compression fracture in my L2. Went to a doctor for a brace and it was $612. Before I left the parking lot, I ordered this brace. This product is $560 cheaper than the doctor's office brace. This fits better than the more expensive brace. This supports better than the more expensive brace. It fits nicely and doesn't prevent mobility or dexterity while providing the support and relief desired. This brace is even more lightweight than the one offered by the doctors office. Seems like a great quality product that will last well through the needs I will have for it!
