I bought these fish to put in the bottom of my water feature. They are colorful and real looking, and perfect size. The lighted stakes that came with it are optional, so perfect for what I needed.

Pro: Looks nice in my rock pond. Subtle enough. Cons: Doesn't light up at night at times. Also, the first set I bought the red color has been chipped. But I kept it because it went well with the rock pond. Second set was defective. I'm actually getting a replacement but will hesitate to purchase more.

Adds color to my planters

The fish were great, solid. The solar light that projects light in the fish is only attached by double face tape. Which does not work well if you have the fish outside and it gets hot. The light does get bright considering it is inside the fish. Love the fish for the garden (in the middle of different heads of lettuce)!

The plastic spikes are so cheap They broke trying to install them into the ground. Also, The fish will not stay, stuck to the base due to the cheap foam tape and incompatible surfaces. you can’t stick a round object on a flat object with sticky tape! Horrible design. Also, nowhere in the photos does it show solar panels. Yet there are clearly solar panels sticking out the side of the base. kind of loses its realism when there are clearly solar panels right next to the “realistic” Fish. I was assuming the solar panels were inside the fish. I have a few items with hidden solar panels inside (as long as the object is white plastic there will be plenty of light inside to charge the solar panel) So I spent 45 bucks for a couple of cheap toys that won’t stay taped together. I was hoping I was going to get some Quality realistic looking and durable items that would hold up for years. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Very cool solar koi, they look very cool in the evening lit up and add ambience to my patio.

I have these fish in an artificial pond, along with greenery, cattails, lily pads, and rockery. I found them by accident on Amazon, and I'm glad I did, as they add a lot to my pond by lighting up at night.
