ESV Journaling Study Bible (TruTone, Brown/Chestnut, Timeless Design): Holy Bible, English Standard Version

I skimmed this just to verify its quality to make sure it'd be worth keeping. I have no teacher, I've never read a bible, and I don't belong to a church so this will be my first and likely only experience with reading the bible. I did minimal research before purchasing this and just made the leap that this would be the right choice for teaching myself about the bible... Hope I don't regret it but anyways... the book itself is decent enough quality. It is not sturdy enough that I'd count on this thing to last for years and years of regular use but for reading once and taking notes sure. The paper is super thin - see through if there's light behind the pages but its workable. Big enough to study with but only just... I think it's the right size.Good luck with your journeys where ever you're at.

I love this Bible! It has nice margins on each page. There are cross references and explanations on the bottom of each page. The print is very readable and the pages are thin but glossy. It is well put together and feels good in your hands. The maps and extra diagrams, picture definitely add to the experience. Bible apps are convenient, but this Bible is a good demonstration of why I prefer the experience of having the written word in my hands.

It's an absolutely beautiful bible! The leather is great quality, the pages are slightly thicker than most bibles and the added study notes offer a lot of knowledge. I do wish the font was larger.. that's my only dislike. But I absolutely recommend this version & book for someone looking to deepen their relationship with Christ

Love this Bible! I’ve had a study Bible for years and loved it but hated having to cram my own thoughts & notes into the margins. Many years ago I tried to find a journaling or note taking bible that also had study notes but it didn’t seem to exist so I bought a note taking bible. I was excited to have space to write but often found myself pulling out my study Bible as well to help me dig deeper into the scripture. When I came across this Bible I was so excited! I absolutely love it! My only suggestion is for Crossway to come out with a red letter version. I emailed them to see if that was in the works last year but it is not. Not a deal breaker though, I still love this Bible!

The Bible is well put together and lots of study information but the font is extremely small. It would be beneficial if the font was a little darker then it would make a difference in the size.The concept is awesome. I wish it came in NLT version.

This Bible is beautifully made! I have been patiently seeking a study Bible/Journaling combo, glad I found this one. The margins are great and the book overview impressed me. Its neat, and very nicely laid out. The font size was just s bit smaller than that I would like but they it is not small print so I will get used to it.I am really excited about this purchase!

Great Bible good quality, it arrived a week earlier then expected I’m excited to start reading and study for great for beginners it seems and the box it comes in is good for storage, and big and thick Bible if you haven’t had a study Bible before notes are easy to understand and provide great incite and broadens your under Of the passage, chapter or book you are reading in the Bible. This is a great book for someone who may need a new Bible or just staring out thank you, May God’s peace and Grace be with you always.
