I live on the Gulf Coast of South Texas. I walk 3-5 very brisk miles every morning in the very high humidity. Early in the morn the humidity is extremely high in this part of the country. It was 94 percent humidity this morning when I went out for my walk. I often get dehydration headaches (spring thru fall) no matter how much liquid I drink. I’ve tried these a couple of times now, and I think they are helping. I think this is a really good alternative to or in addition to the packets you mix with water. I will continue to take these every day and reorder when I run out.

I bought these to take before the gym and I will be buying them again, they taste great and work well!

These are a great way to get electrolytes without a messy powder. Also, in this form, its pre-measured. Good flavor, they donʻt taste too sugary. These are great for anytime when you feel like you need electrolytes, but I use them for backpacking. They stand up to being in my pack and donʻt melt in the heat or freeze hard in the cold.
