It was a Christmas gift for my son and upon opening the package and plugging it in we realized that it didn't work..it comes on but the screen flashes on and off. I put in a request to return the item on Christmas day and the seller has yet to respond to the request

This Chromebook no longer receives updates.
I can check email and do basic stuff , but since this Chrome book that I puchased no longer receives updates I cannot update any software or download any latest apps. It also is less secure. i had no idea that the Chromebook was outdated, I never would have purchased it if I had known.

Love this computer!
I got this for working I love it it is fast just having trouble setting it up on the HP website Performance is really great the value for the money perfect! It is not touch screen keyboard quality is awesome! Battery life I went a week with out charging it it’s at 50%!
