It's a plumbing fitting.
Good item- it just needs an instruction and safety video. I mean what if somebody were to pinch their finger when tightening this thing? Yeah, I know, brains are out of style anymore.

Barbed fitting
This looks like a good quality fitting. I haven’t installed them yet, but appear durable. I ordered a quantity of three on the same order - each one shipped in its own separate package. What sense does that make?

Not used, but seems sturdy
Never needed this, due to our pump came with one, however, I examined it and it seems to by a good solid product.
