Its a simple key switch that closes the circuit when you turn the key. The key is retained when turned into the on position and is free to be removed when in the off position. Other than that there isn't much else to say. It does what it says on the tin.

This electronic key operatedswitch does exactly what you would expect. The device comes with 2 seperate keys which have a plastic coating around the end, making it easier to.hold and grip. The barrel itself is a basic electronic switch operated by the key to give on/off operation. It would have been useful if the barrel had a longer scree thread, allowing it work with thicker linings. Overall the device does exactly as expected, simple replacement for key operated electronic switch. The wires are a decent length around 15cm long and can be resolvers for different connections as needed.
