Solid paper plate
Solid plates, holds a lot of food. Thick enough so there is no soaking thru. Love that they are compostable!

Great plate but too small in size
Plates ended up being too small but I made them work. When cutting meat, the plate didn’t shave away, which was great. Will have to buy them bigger.

Sturdy, thick but plates stuck together.
The first time I bought these, I loved them. This time, not so much. First, they all have stains like grease spots, although I am sure they're not. Luckily, I use them for myself only, cuz a guest might think I used used paper plates. LOL. Second, I suspected that two plates were stuck together because most were very thick. They are pretty thick to begin with, but these were really thick. I tried to pry the edges to confirm but if there were more than one, you couldn't tell from the edges. (The first order had some that were doubled as well but it was noticeable from the edges and easily separated.) Because of the thickness, I could not tear them into pieces for composting unless I soaked them. Then, when I managed to tear several, they all had at least two plates almost fused together. Thus, while you might get a super sturdy double plate, you go through the plates in pretty short order, and while not super expensive, they're not exactly cheap either.
