What area will these clean?

Really depends on how dirty the surface is that you are cleaning? The smallest area I think is about 30 sq.m. LTP have a good coverage calculator on their website. Put in the area you have to clean and how dirty it is and the quantity you need is calculated.

Will this clean black slate shower tiles?

It cleaned my black slate kitchen floor tiles. They had grout all over them after laying and took it off a treat. Only thing that did.

Can this product be used on a resin

There are many different resin types and style of surface. Unfortunately you're description makes it difficult to be specific about any advice that I can give? Do you mean epoxy/acrylic resin flooring? Worktop? Resin bound driveway or pathway. Resin furniture? I am sure Grimex will work very well, but would suggest that you contact LTP's technical team and ask for more specific cleaning advice for your surface.
