10 2912 Grout Clean Up and Polishing Kit

I bought these to make grouting mozaic tiles a bit easier. To be honest I mostly used the least abrasive 'sponge', but now I have a set I can use on future projects. The open texture gathers up much more of the excess grout, but I found an ordinary sponge was best for final removal.

I used this after being called away half way through grouting a bathroom. On return a lot of grout had dried on the tiles, the sponges removed the excess, polished the surface, and left a great finish. Not bad for less than £10. However the abrasive pads can be aggressive, plenty of water and w.up liquid req. And the handle does not grip onto the abrasive pads unless pressure is applied, unlike the polishing pads which grip well and are easy to use. Not a bad product, v fast delivery, at a very reasonable price, I covered over 4 sq.mtres and plenty of lfe left in all 4 sponges

This is my second set of these pads, they are fantastic, really works great at giving a nice finished job to the tiling job you are doing. Also, used the buffing on to go over the tiles and clean and polish them up, they looked fantastic, better than new.

Don’t last long and they tend to loose their colour not good when it’s white grout
