Not Functional
Unlike other reviewers, this tray fit my 2023 RX350h but tightly. The main reason for a one star review is that you can't really remove it without removing everything in the storage compartments first. You need to get your thumb and index finger on one of the separation ribs and pull it straight up. It will come out, but really if I have to empty it every time I need to access the area below the tray, it is not very useful. Maybe if the design included some kind of tabs to grab and lift, it would be more useful. I can't recommend this tray for your RX350. If you want a tray to put things for easy access and you rarely need to access the storage below, maybe you would find this useful.

Perfect Fit
Fits into the console of the 2023 Lexus RX perfectly. Really like the non slip pads that come with it. However, after some time with it, it has a bit too perfect a fit. There is no way to easily remove it to reach the items stored underneath it. It needs some kind of handle or something. I have to take a screwdriver to pry it up at this point.

Is NOT easy at all to get in and out of console
Wouldn’t recommend product at all. Tray isn’t easy at all to get in and out of console. Fits snuggly into console but when you try lift it to get below it, not easy at all. Almost have to hold your breathe, cross your legs and say hocus pocus to get it to remove it.

Does NOT fit 2023 RX350.
This would be perfect, IF it actually fit. I am not sure if it is for the NX or the old body style RX, but it does not fit my wife's new 2023. Otherwise, it is a great product and exactly what we need but if it doesn't fit it isn't any use. Will return.
